Situated in the heart of India, Shreenathji Plastpack, Inc. has one of the largest integrated, clean room, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. Each and every article is manufactured, printed and leaf printed under one roof, thus ensuring quicker deliveries, stricter quality assurance measures and better flexibility to meet customers’ demands. Our screw type compressor is installed with refrigerated air drier to get 99.9% clean air. Being associated with reputed pharma industries for long we have upgraded our plant to a “Clean room manufacturing unit”.
We have 8 fully automatic microprocessors based blow moulding machines and an injection machine in which we manufacture 1,00,000 bottles and jars per day.
All our articles are first packed in plastic liners and then into carton or woolen sack bags as required by the customer. The cartons are finally wrapped with strech film to protect from dust and water.
We have a 2 four-colour automatic pad printing machine with 16 station oval indexing table to print bottles and jars.
Our hot foil stamping machine is capable of decorating your caps by doing line job as well as stamping on flat surface in different colours like golden, silver etc.
